Infocus offers ‘internal auditing’ services to all our food safety clients to provide peace of mind that their Food Safety Program is being effectively and correctly implemented and/or as preparation for regulatory food safety or accreditation audits.

This service can be provided to check the successful implementation of a Food Safety Program that has been developed by Infocus Food Safety, or we can be engaged to check that an alternate or existing Food Safety Program being used by the organisation is compliant.

Infocus Food Safety is also engaged to conduct gap audits for clients who are seeking to become HACCP or ISO 22000 accredited These gap audits detail the areas where the organisation and Food Safety Program currently meet the new standard they aim to achieve and, importantly where there are existing gaps that will need to be addressed prior to applying for certification.
