Simon from Infocus has made my transition back into a catering position from a TAFE Educator a lot more achievable, especially at out site where we are a Class 1 food risk.
Simon is the creator and reviewer of our Class 1 food safety plan. We have found from our external audit that our safety plan is adequate and also achievable to implement and maintain.
