We work closely with our hospitality clients to develop tailored Food Safety Programs and training services to meet the needs of the hospitality sector. Infocus Food Safety has successfully achieved HACCP certification for 5-Star hotels including Sofitel on Collins and the Langham, Melbourne. We also provide training services to Novotel, Geelong and work with Hotel Chadstone.
Regular services provided to our clients in the hospitality sector include HACCP Plan development, reviews and amendments, facilitating regular food safety meetings and annual mock recalls, auditor liaison, interpretation of food laboratory results and support during Council or regulatory audits.
We can also provide engaging training sessions tailored specifically to your industry, including food safety sessions for food service staff, cleaning or front of house staff. Infocus Food Safety is also registered to provide Nationally Recognised accredited Food Handler and Food Safety Supervisor training for the hospitality sector in all States and Territories. Training can be provided onsite with your staff, or via flexible online learning. Our experienced trainers incorporate real hospitality food safety examples as part of their training, ensuring that staff are engaged and learning from real-life experiences in the hotel industry.
Infocus Food Safety conducts annual Food Safety Program reviews to ensure our clients’ programs remain current, meet any organisational or legislative changes and reflect industry best practice. It is a legislative requirement in every state and territory for Food Safety Programs to be regularly reviewed.
